Shipping and Returns
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 5 days of receiving payment. However, please note that some items may take longer to process, especially during peak periods.

Returns Eligibility:
1. Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Non-returnable Items: 1. Gift cards 2. Sale items (unless otherwise stated)
Process:
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@elevensocialclub.com to request a return authorization.
2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack your item(s) and include a copy of your original receipt.
3. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
ExchangesEligibility:
Exchanges can be made for items of equal value within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Process:
1. Initiate an Exchange: Contact our customer service at support@elevensocialclub.com to request an exchange authorization.
2. Return the Original Item: Follow the return process outlined above.
3. New Item Shipment: After we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with in 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
