Items purchased from our Sale section are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Promotional offers, bundles, or limited-time discounts may be eligible for exchange or return only, at our discretion, unless otherwise specified.
What is the return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and has the tag attached.
A $9.95 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return, please click here. Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Eleven Social Club values 100% customer satisfaction. If a product was damaged or shipped incorrectly please email support@elevensocialclub.com immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
It can take up to 10-15 days for a return to be processed. We will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 7-10 business days after we have processed your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
