Items purchased from our Sale Section are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Promotional offers, bundles, or limited-time discounts may be eligible for exchange or return only, at our discretion, unless otherwise specified.
What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Eleven Social Club purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of the approval date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
Returns received outside of these timeframes may not be accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and has the tag attached.
Return Fees
To help cover the cost of return shipping and processing, the following fees will be deducted from your refund:
- A flat $9.95 return shipping label fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
- A $2.00 restocking fee will be applied per returned item.
These fees help cover the costs associated with return shipping, inspection, repackaging, and restocking of returned merchandise.
All return fees will be deducted from the final refund amount once the returned items have been received and inspected.
To start a return, please click here. Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Eleven Social Club values 100% customer satisfaction. If a product was damaged or shipped incorrectly please email support@elevensocialclub.com immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
It can take up to 10-15 days for a return to be processed. We will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 7-10 business days after we have processed your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
