Sale Items
Items purchased from our Sale Section are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchange.
Promotional offers, bundles, or limited-time discounts may be eligible for exchange or return only, at our discretion, unless otherwise specified.
What is the return policy?
Exchanges
We want you to love the fit of your Eleven pieces. Eligible items may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
A flat $4.95 shipping & handling fee applies to exchanges and helps cover a portion of the return and replacement shipping costs.
Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item will be shipped to you.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.
A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased from our Sale section are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased during a promotion or with a promotional discount, but not marked Final Sale, are eligible for exchange only, unless otherwise stated.
START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To start a return, please click here. Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Eleven Social Club values 100% customer satisfaction. If a product was damaged or shipped incorrectly please email support@elevensocialclub.com immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
It can take up to 10-15 days for a return to be processed. We will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 7-10 business days after we have processed your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
